On other hand, I take criticism badly, but only my closest people criticize my doings.
I think people often try to friendzone me and even flirt but I still have no friends because how my personality works.
I am thankful for any thoughts.

I had a lot of that. you are in stage of life where you start to become aware of your behavior and ask "why am I doing this... it's not working, I don't like it". That's good... this continues for rest of your life so enjoy the process.
I'll make guesses based upon personal experience. You are a sensitive person/personality and you took emotional abuse as a child. People criticized you and put you down... you fell into that despair. Your training, which are lies by the way, which is trauma in how you interpreted it, warped your view of yourself and you learned to deny complements. Your subconscious mind (800lb gorilla now wired up inside your "heart") hears it and says "that's not true"... doesn't match with what I was told as a kid. Trouble is in essence, you believed a lie because you are empathetic and sensitive. Great gifts in that... when they are recovered.
Lookup how the sub conscious mind works and you'll get a better angle on this. Repair work is reflecting back, correcting the lies you were told. In essence... your self esteem is low. So work on how to reprogram your sub conscious mind about yourself.
God/Jesus is good... accept the love from God and truth you were made in His image... love, which is what you wanted and what gives you freedom to grow to your best self, because that is what heals the soul.
Beyond this are spiritual gifts that you don't know you have and doors that open to a new person and life. The negative energy you took becomes your greater strength when healed. That's how it works in my book!
I wish you well...
"Sensitive person" I wouldn't have guessed that, maybe it's true.
This is a lot to take in. Thanks!
My mind is changing. Alzheimer comes first to my mind. For example I ask what is for dinner but I forget straight away.
how old are you? stress will do that, lack of focus, lack of sleep for sure. meditatation will heal the mind. been there, done that.
you could have something going on, never hurts to get checked out if you suspect something. it removes concerns to do so. most of the time, it just means change is required.
I'm 25. Average sleep is 8 hours but it vary from 6-10 hours.
Yes, change is required but I'm hesitant in doing that. Thanks.
Normal part of life, for some. you have to figure out what's going on... that you don't want to let go of or afraid of.
Broken... yea, maybe. Broken stuff gets fixed, think of an old rusted out junk car, that's turned into a machine of priceless value... that's the good part of being human... you have ability to change.
Meditate... your best therapy. read spiritual, practice gratitude, etc.. lookup "Jewel"'s program/web site, she went through all this in her own way. You own it...
Ay yo, I love me some Jason Mraz, fam! 😁
https://www.youtube.com/embed/r-BQfF49SEYNo, but seriously, I think you have Depression. Seek real life, actual mental help. Or if you can't afford that in the Ice Land, then BetterHelp. com, although it's not a superior substitute. I saw a psychologist for 14 years, for what it's worth.
Maybe I have depression, my family haven't mentioned it though. People probably see me happy outwards that's maybe why people (coworkers) talk to me. Life is good, but maybe I criticize it too much and should learn to see and love what I have and could have.
Therapy. Some people are sensitive towards this topic but therapy is really just there to help you through what you’re going through. Remember to always choose a dr that only YOU feel comfortable with and feel like they’re truly helping you out. It can be a little difficult at first but you can almost always find a good dr. Usually during the treatment and diagnosis it can take a little while to heal your pain, some people take weeks some people take months and some even take a few years but it’s all worth it in the end as long as you continue going to your therapy sessions. Best of luck 🙏🏻
Thanks. When I think of this, I feel like I'm lying to you and my self. Like the image says "I'm ok".
I definitely think therapy might help. I don't know if you read books but "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" by Stephen Covey. It's a book that helped me when I felt stuck. Here's a video summary, it's kinda long but it gives an idea about what the book is about.
*book* singular
I don't read books lol. I will watch this video, thanks.
No one have said I'm not broken by the way. I'm surprised I got so many caring people commenting.

I've felt this way before and honestly the thing we need most is THERAPY. It's hard to acknowledge and accept this sometimes, but that is ultimately what will help us and keep us sane.
Did you get therapy? I don't see that as an option right now, because my "symptoms" are so mild and I don't try harder to be more often in public, like shopping and go to the gym.
Turn to Jesus and He will make you feel whole again, God us close to rhe broken hearted and can heal a broken heart/soul. 💔. It's gonna be okay..*hugs*.
Thanks. But would you have hugged me in real life. Just a thought, sorry.
Thanks again.
Qi Gong by Master Chunyi Lin and you find him on YouTube. Seriously give these Ancient Secret Teaching, s a go?
Go slowly every day, you'll see a difference friend. Excellent book by him is Born A Healer?
Just say ten minutes a day, you feel better, when practice, attempt to place consciousness, mind, three fingers depth behind navel.
You will feel the Universal Energy enter you, calm you, x
Hooray
You're probably suffering depression or imposter syndrome.
Imposter syndrome. Wow I didn't know this, I will read more about this syndrome later.
I basically have an alter ego who's somewhat like this minus criticism effecting it, it is the absence of all things, aka nihility, a state over mind with no controlling conscience
Sounds like depressiom or severe self esteem issues.
Therapy really does help.
You sound normal. But it would be good to learn how to take criticism. (That was criticism)
Do you feel any joy at all?
Yes, I feel joy, but I am very humble of any supposed good feelings!!
I have only worked in a job with coworkers small part of my life, but I am already thinking about quitting and working alone by myself.
This is so dumb, I think I will be lonely but I am social averse.
I wake up and have anxiety before work, but in work I'm completely calmed, (the people is nice to me but I avoid communication).
Nope, wish I did. Maybe then I'd be normal
🤔? ? ?
