You forgot to include an option C which should say " Be good that's all" or something like that.

I would choose option C if that was there. The reason is I don't have people who are very close to me and I am also not a person who can be kind to most/all people given how I am as a person and given my way of thinking and taking decision, that is just impossible.

Hence option C would be I am just a good person who treats people normally but as long as they don't do anything unforgivable.

Since your poll does not contain option C. My answer would be Neither of the options you have given is important to me.

Loyal to those close to me. I try to be nice to people.

But. You just can’t be nice to many people out there. Either they’re rude and no matter how nice you are. They will be rude. Entitled. Make you uncomfortable. Etc. Not to be a dick. But sometimes you have to tell someone off.

As well as others use niceness and kindness for weakness and will use you and walk all over you.

Im a very nice person. To most people. But some people think I’m a dick by how I handled certain situations. I don’t feel bad for it. MOST… of the time. If I feel I was wrong I will apologize

Loyal to the loved ones. There are absolutely "rings" of people close to you. And resources are finite; you have to start close and work your way out. Plus, if you're kind to everyone you'll find that the close people become less close.
