Is there a website like eHarmony but for finding friends?

Like an app based on compatibility?

I'd like to make a female best friend. I have a male best friend (my husband), and I'd just like to have another. I kind of hate Bumble and Boo isn't great... It's okay.

Any suggestions?

I heard about meetup. com where you can make friends based on interests. I think members can organize or join events. Another (old but still functioning) site was interpals. net (name says it). Then there was couch surfing. org (now paid unfortunately) which purpose was partially hosting couches for travellers and also organizing events with fellow locals. Not sure how alive the site is since it became paid. And we have GaG, this site which might serve this purpose.

I do not think so there are many site you can try meet people try the hobby site there one where you all have the same hobby you like. maybe you should make your own web site that is like eHarmony but for finding friends

I've considered making websites. I've had ideas. I just don't have the know how to create that complex of a website!

well I don't have the know how to create a website. coding websites is something I forgot how do. I did it in the 9th grade it been a long time ago. wix can make a websites for you I think. I don't know how good they are.
