If you pulled up to a red light and saw your besties sister in laws husband in the passenger seat of a pretty women's car with her driving. And u waved at him and he waved back looking a bit startled trying to remain calm.

And he's a few blocks away from his apartment. The wife n kids are in another state he goes back n forth

by the way he's indian, she's white and blonde. Kinda stands out.

Stay out if it, if you're wrong then you'll come out of this badly. Just because a woman is attractive does not mean he is attracted to her or she attracted to him. She could be a colleague giving him a lift home, could be anything. If you had seen them together repeatedly and actually doing something which disrespected his marriage then that might be different because I personally would not like to be in the wife's situation and no one tell me that my life was a lie.
