I've had friends that were like that. Eventually we just stopped being friends. I'm not going to say "you're not friends" it could be they just have different friendship style than you. Some people are touchy-feely, some are not. My advice to you is give energy to people who give energy to you, make time for people who make times for you. And never let someone e else's lack of affection or trust steal your joy. Being happy is always a choice. Choose happiness.
