What is the most amount of children you know of someone to have?

I'm unsure on how to word the question properly, but how many children does the person you know who has the most, have?

I ask because I myself have 35 kids, which I know shocks a lot of people haha

I had my first when I was 16, and have had at least one every year since (3 were sets of twins, and one set of 'irish twins' - kids born in the same year but separate pregnancies, one in January and the other in December.)

Though I am still able to have kids at my age, I doubt I will have many more, and if I do It'll only be one more pregnancy, as then when they are turning 18 I will be at retirement age. That makes sense, in my eyes.

Another thing, all of my kids are boys! The odds of that happening naturally are astronomical, so I definitely believe some people are genetically predisposed to have predominantly one gendered children. They are;

Do you know of anyone with more kids?

The world record is actually 69 children to one woman, which is crazy!

I have a Uncle/Aunt that has 19 kids... they kept having boys too, and they kept trying for a girl, otherwise they admit they probably would of stopped around 10 or 12.

They finally got a girl at the 16th child, so they said lets try again see if we get another girl, they got another girl at the 17th child, then said lets get more girls we are on a roll, but had two more boys and then gave up... said we are done.

Best part is, they owned several businesses, never needed to use any tax payer money to take care of any kids or anything like that.

I'm proud to say I'm in the same boat, my husband and I have provided for our kids off of our own backs. The early years were quite stressful money-wise at times, but nowadays we're more than comfortable :)

Damn doesn't it hurt? I couldn't imagine having to push out that many kids but then again I can't even imagine pushing out just one... sorry if that question is too personal, you don't have to answer!


And I know briefly a family that have 12 kids and that's already a lot... here it's mostly normal to have 0-3 kids

Honestly it's pretty different each time. Some have been quite difficult, others it was like a snap of the fingers.

And yeah, that's the average where I live too! My situation is quite out of the ordinary here lol

Damn 35 kids. I'm just about to have my first baby, I can't even imagine myself pushing out this baby let alone 35. I'm struggling to even decide on a name for one baby let alone dozens of kids. I'm truly amazed you handled having so many babies. Wow.

One of my parents is one of 8 kids. Then there was a great grandmother or great aunt on either my mom or dad's side who had 16 kids.

Oh trust me it wasn't planned lol, it's just kept happening! And by the time you reach a dozen you just figure you should keep the pace going lol

My husband and I have joked for years now that we'll stop when we have a girl... look how that turned out!

My aunt has 6; she would probably have more if she didn't get separated from her husband for a few years. The gender is always determined by the father; since women only have X chromosomes.

You would have to own a hotel to house that many kids and not sure how you would feed them all!

Yeah our house is 10 bedrooms lol, quite large. Feeding is quite straightforward, though maybe I'm bias as its what I've gotten used to
