Should I have bought the mirror?

I bought mirror storage cabinet but when it arrived the mirror was smashed.
I asked to exchange and they told me to throw out the old they'll send the new.

I asked my mum if she wanted it and we could replace the mirror.
She said she'd check it out and let me know.

When she saw it she liked it.
I tried to look online for a cheap mirror to replace lt but the apparently they were mirror paper.
Anyways there's a mirror shop not too far I suggested we go and take the measurements to enquire anyways that was three months ago.

She has been spending less and less time with me and making excuses every time I suggest we go.


This morning i sent a message to say I'm throwing it out.

This is one of "these" situations. To keep it short! Just buy the mirror by your self and end the chapter. My brother is lile that now days. If they argue about it just tell her that never made time for and don't argue anymore because they will keep going on and on and on.

I haven't a clue.
Last night she decided to tell me that she blew her budget...
I don't know how.
She earns nearly 3x what I do and always has yet she always complains that she doesn't have any money.
I get that she spent a lot getting her hair done.
But noone told her to go to the hairdressers again before Christmas.
I don't really know why my mum can't afford her life anymore. I know things are hard but this is getting ridiculous.

Yes she smokes. She drinks... But wtf else?
As I said to you she been sleeping the rest of this holiday.

I passed money around at the casino to my fam and my grandpa had the nerve to feel he deserved double when i didn't even get a Christmas gift from him. I don't know why so many elders feel entitled

I don't even have the money to go to the casino or anything like that.
I literally don't have a social life because I just can't afford it.
I am now understanding why my fella is also making me a "booty call".
It's getting rough here.
My mum doesn't vocalise.
But you see, life didn't have to be this hard for her if she weren't so damn selfish and mean.
12 years I moved out and I said back then to try move to a bigger place together. Nope she rejected the idea.
Now we feeling the pain...

I'm not trying to be funny but this situation is dire...
I can't afford myself. Sex is a stress reliever it's all I can manage in these hard times.
That's why I'm not complaining.

It's literally a situation like this. Take and accept the booty call. Or be single with no social life.
But with everything comes risks... Like pregnancy.
I know people were warning about the economy but right now I'm literally just trying to make sure my dog has food and shelter and heat.
I live for him.
My life is no longer a priority. I took on the responsibility which I'm glad for because now my life isn't so lonely. But this covid and Russian war and everything else. Its fugged everything all the way up!

My dog is my kid...
I don't think I'll be having any anytime soon. If I do it's gonna be due to an oops situation.
I can't afford to plan for them. Not because I have my dog. But because guys are meannnnn. I got back on hinge to try and find a new new... And they all talking about coming to my house! Everyone is madddd broke! Yea that doesn't mean I gotta put out or give in. But right now this guy and I have already bonded. I know he's clean and safe well for now so once a month while I focus on my finances is good enough for me!

She is that. But like they say you can't pick your family and she seems to be permanently depressed and has no incentive to change that even though I've tried to help so she wastes my time and takes the piss out of me for the hell of it! And I've had enough

That's why I'm explaining... She's not perfect and I've tried to just accept who she is... But it's frustrating having a mum that is so unreliable.
I don't know why she had a child... Everything is always such a bother for her.
