Would you consider a "Closed Smile" as disrespect, as in hiding laughter?

I've noticed that when I'm either running my mouth or talking "ISH" guys & girls who are around usually have their mouths closed by "smiling" but also trying to ignore eye contact

I think this may be a misread on your part. Firstly, your Clowning may not be funny. And secondly, I am not going to cross my arms and place right elbow on left fist and study you as if I was "The Thinker" sculpture, however, I am likely not to show any emotion until you finish.

Thirdly, if I do "grin" and subtly shake my head then this reaction was intentional notification of "thanks for opening up all these lady doors for me.". I guarantee you at that point, I am not the only one thinking, "clown, go back to the circus tent for more training."

Fourthly and even worse... Sometimes, as the "girlfriend guy who could be perceived gay in the group", I get the "your a straight guy wtf was/is, for instance here, is he talking about ?" I DON"T know... I'm still working on me, but yeah, he probably get more Scoot-Scoot if he keeps to corny animal jokes and leaves that circus act back at the tent... Chorus of Women: Truth.. umhuh etc
