My anxiety makes eye contact almost impossible. The moment I meet anyone's eyes I instinctively look somewhere else even when I'm talking to my family. Eye contact and being touched by people without permission really bother me a lot and make me very uncomfortable. One time I was at a bar and this woman wouldn't stop touching me and flirting even when I yanked my arm away, but she wouldn't stop touching me. I've never hit a woman in my life, but I was tempted to that night I felt disrespected and harassed and very uncomfortable If a guy did what she did to me to a girl he'd get his ass beat then arrested.
