When you have friends who question you about why you don't answer your phone, take too long to respond or ask if your busy. I get so annoyed with that. First of all people need to understand I'm not a slave to my phone. I have a life too and it doesn't always revolve around giving people my time. I don't see it as being selfish but protecting my energy and not always being too available. Sometimes I feel like it can come off as being taken for granted or smothering. But then some people get offended by it

Girl I understand where you're coming from. I was actually those annoying ass mfs on their phones 24 7. Who also had anxiety so my friends were an outlet. I've lost 1 or 2 from being too needy and learned my lesson. I've also had it done to me and I see now. As those mf tables turn. Plus, when I got a life it got better and I no longer was attached to my phone. Lol. I'd suggest telling them I was too busy enjoying my hobby what's up? They will learn sooner or later
I'm sorry that happened to u. But ya people need to learn.
I simply tell them that I read all messages three times a day.
And that I only engage for doing real life plans.
