What were your childhood friendships like?

I’m talking age 12 and under . Man those were the only ones worthwhile. Age 3-7  I had Amy, Shelby, Ashley, Megan, Katie, Chance, Logan and Justin. I dropped ballet at 8 and fell out of touch with the girls. I reunited with Meg/Justin in HS. Justin was the star quarterback but a team tackle incident led to him being paralyzed. I ran into Katie in college. Shel is now my gynecology nurse 🙈. According to his mom, Chance was my first kiss but I don’t remember that, I just know he was mad I chose Logan. Age 7-11 (in school)  I had Jay, Alex, Jason, Mason, Charles, Selena, Alexis, Katherine, Queen, Tev and Ashton. Kath and Alex were ride or die. But Alex got mad I was into Jay instead. Jason and Kaths deadbeat mom abandoned them then Jason got really sick and they moved away. Tev was my main crush and always stood up to his bully girlfriend for me. I’d skip class with Charles/Selena to play hide n seek in the parking lot/auditorium but we got caught and in trouble. I cut them off when Selena went for him, knowing I liked him. Queen backstabbed me too but Lexis was down to beat Selena’s ass 🤣 Mason made nasty food combos during lunch and would eat with his mouth open so that trauma is why I wouldn't kiss someone after they’ve eaten lol. Ashton joined the mean girl clique. Age 7-12 (outside of school) , I had Ron, Bo, Ives, Keith, Rasa, Kenya, Bre, Braxton and KiKi. Ronnie had every console and introduced me to all the games (GTA, 007, NFS, Mariokart, etc). Bo was my main childhood crush and got me into skateboards and other Rocket Power extremes. Ives was his sis and their mom would dress us up. It was the closest i got to being girly back then and it definitely made Bo notice me (which upset his mom). Keith had awesome parties. Rasa and i fangirled about all the boy/girl bands especially Destinys Child and PLAY. Kenya was too shy. Kiki started fckin with the opps. Bre became twofaced. Braxton became abusive. But for the most part, good times 😂 #FeelFreeToList

Age 3-9 Jakayla, Christian, Serenity, Crystanie, Nia, Jaden, Quincy, Triniti I’m still friends with almost all of them today

Age 9-12 Serenity ( I was homeschooled so i had no friends and Serenity is my cousin… well I did go to summer camp and I became friends with a bunch of people crazy part is I can’t remember none of their names

Age 12-13 Tatiana, Dacarri ( turned out to be my new little boo after all these years aka my second body), Makayla, Emilee, Jaiden, Faith (pastors daughter and a snitch…), Katie (sweetest girl I’ve ever met.), Jacob

Age 15-18 I skipped age 13-14 cause I was homeschooled. Morgan (this bitch had another bitch trying to fight me cause she told the girl I wanted her man when I didn’t …, Jamie, Jacob, Atavia, Marisol (another really sweet girl) , Tekira, Keith, Elisha, Tyrese, Tyson, Tyreon, Isis, Hunter ( my first ever little highschool boo), Enrique ( my first boyfriend), Alisha ( we fell out bad), Leyla, Julia, Bre (still friends with her… this the girl I be talking bout sometimes 😭, Bri, Jazmyn

Age 18- now Bre, Jamie, Elisha, Marisol, Israel (I met her on here a few years ago. I love her. She’s the best and we talk everyday.), Jacob, Dacarri (we hunching), Christian, Achaka (she’s a nice girl. I met her when I was a volunteer tutor at the library. We been good friends ever since), and that’s it. My circle got a lot smaller.

Personally I wasn't allowed to have friends when my father was in my life...
So with 6-ish i had my first friend and her name was Leonie, she was so funny and we always exchanged or clothes and had sleep overs at her place. I had my first kiss with her with 8 years. and just cause we were so curious! Sadly she moved away and I have never heard from her again.

With 7-ish I met Jasmin and Samantha in 1st grade. We stayed a group until 4th grade. Samantha is now a wanna be insta girl.
Jasmin was my longest bff of 13 years. and my biggest lesson.
We trauma-bonded and I learned and grew out of my childhood trauma and she didn't. She has like every mental illness that you can tell. Now she is actually living across the street of me, she nearly never goes out and kinda threw away her life and I backed out and therefore her mom always looks at me with a hateful-killer look lol

Also with 7-ish I met Laura. We became close friends later on, she was my bff after Jasmin and she was also a very toxic friend and I didn't realize it until 6 years ago and since officially last year we are done for good.

From 3-7, I had a lot of friends primarily from Daycare and church. When I was 5, that is when I started remembering some of friends (Niki, Frienzy, Charick, and Lowell) and those were the glorious days especially playing with toys (Action Figures, Race Cars, and etc) watching cartoons, eating are favorite foods, and hanging with each other. From 7-12, starting at the age of 11, things change with me when I started to like and being attracted to most of my lady friends like Latoya, Angie, Kim, Sandra, Tabatha, Milande, Nadia, Marie, and Ruth (I had crush on all of them, they were beautiful, and I enjoyed being around them) because we were in Junior high so dating was a major thing. My guy friends like Rodney, Michael, Richard, Ansen, Sheldon, and Zach we were more into Girls, School Hip hop dances, Video games (Super Nintendo, Sega Genesis, Playstation and Sega Saturn), Hip Hop Rap & R&B music, Action, Horror & Comedy Movies, New Brand Clothes (FUBU, Kani, Tommy H. and Nike) and especially shoes (Jordan's, Nike, Fila, Adidas, Reebok, and Converse).

Had a couple great buddies of mine - mostly male. One or two females.

Kept close with my best male friend until grade 9 when we parted ways gradually as we were in mostly different classes in school by then but always held a lot of respect for him still to this day.

He moved to toronto to pursue acting and bar tending in was in some successful shows like Mr. D, and played a serial killer in a one off tv thriller/drama (not dexter but similar).

Had another male best friend though since about grade 6/7 on and we played a lot of soccer and football over the years and did fairly well in school together until we went off to university.

3-4 years later we both happened to move in randomly not only to the same city for work in separate years - but also now live 1 street down from the other which is amazing. I'm working in banking/finance and he'd doing to TA route and masters in the arts. Really great to have him around again just like old times.

When I got into middle school when WWE was still WWF we use to pretend to be wrestlers and play fight all through the day at school and when we got off the bus. We didn’t really hit each other just pretend and act. I was more of the kid in the back of the group among my friends lol

high school was different I was quite had a few friends. Everyone from middle school went to the same high school so everyone still knew everyone. Me and my friends played a lot of basketball it was good times. Not much to tell just regular

I went to a small country school. So small there weren't enough boys to field a football team. It was somewhat tribal in that you had to be friends with everyone. If anyone got angry or upset with someone else it was self excluding, so that didn't happen often.

Outside of school there wasn't a great deal of socialization because there wasn't much point. Why walk to a neighboring farm to shoot or trap rabbits or fish when there were rabbits on your farm and an equally complete lack of fish or eels in the dams? We occasionally did of course but not that often.

Early school days were kind of like that cartoon pic, boys and girls stayed away from each other. I had some decent friends especially this one guy who was my best friend, Aryan. Ironically the two girls in that class I'd end up later being great friends with as an adult.

In high school i had a mix of hang out for fun friends and intellectual friends. Both had a mix of guys and girls.
In college i seemed to have more female friends than guy friends. I had five close guy friends and about 10-15 female friends. I guess I come off as a slightly more effiminate guy so I got along with them well.

I've stayed at the school im in for 6 years now, and I've been in several groups but I've always sticked to my best friend throughout all the groups but now we’re drifting because of wayyyy too much drama TvT- so now half the time im lonely and just walking with my ‘friends’ without saying a word, getting left out again..

Most of my childhood friendships were definitely just the kind where we didn't really hang out outside of school. I had a few friends that I would talk to on the phone several times a week, but actually hanging out with any of my friends outside of school was a rare occurrence.

Friend circle was always small, usually 1-3 at any given time, and they tended to move away, or I did, or we had an argument and never spoke again, Or they stopped getting online for no known reason.

I've never felt like I had a real friend, and the older I got the harder it became to get new friends.

I have many people who call themselves friends, but none who actually act like it.

Hard to say as I moved to France to live for 3 years when I was 7. So I cut all ties with my friends in England and then there was a language barrier with my new ones in France. 3 years later we came back home due to my dad's company going bankrupt and so w moved back to England as my parents never sold the house and kept it. But still it meant I never saw my friends from France either I made despite the language barrier. By the time I came back I was already almost a teenager

3-9 My neighbors were fun friends. We played a lot of outdoor games. My school friends that time were just kinda annoying.

9-12 is when my "friends" at school got toxic and I was that guy who'd do crazy things because they thought it was cool even tho I didn't like it while my neighbors are basically just the same.

My childhood friends lived on the same street as me or on a different street. We hung out so much it almost felt like we were brothers. At a young age 2 of them had to move away respectfully can’t say anything about that. As the rest of us got older that bond went away. I don’t know where a majority of them are right now. One of the boys got caught up and messed his life up. His big brother is doing his little brother’s time from what I heard from my little brother

I'm convinced now that my secondary friends near the end were asked to befriend me.

I'm not so sure why they liked me or bothered, I also sense they were asked because we had deep conversations often specifically with them trying to prod into my home life.
