My sister's daughters are 6 and 11 and my sister posted pictures of them at the beach in swimwear.

I sometimes have posted pictures of my 8 year old son at the beach, but boy's swimwear covers a lot more than girl's.

In order for it to be CP, legally, it has to be sexually provocative in nature.

You're not going to get in trouble for posting pics if your kids at the beach, if that's what you're asking

What are the girls supposed to wear at the beach? Girls wear small bikini bottoms because they don't have a penis to cover up like boys do. Nothing wrong with it at all.

And, since it's fine for them to wear bikinis to the beach, it's fine for them to be photographed in them.
