In my opinion, if and whenever I have kids when they're teenagers their curfew will be between 9 pm or 10 pm. When I was a teenager my curfew was 10 pm and I will admit there were times I broke curfew and was grounded for a week or two, I was a rebellious teenager somewhat.

I would say 10 PM, but also age dependent, e. g. earlier for younger teens and later for older teens. Special consideration may be given during vacations or for special events with verified adult supervision.
