I'm a social outcast & I moved around from foster care to foster care & I've noticed that most people (both genders) would ostricize me by default BUT
I did prove otherwise in a few activities
I lifted more than the guys & did more reps & beat them in petty video game challenges in some shooters
I was still ostracized but with much more contempt
Is this how it typically goes for an outcast even if he might be better at some activities?

Regardless whose stronger or what not YOU have to be okay that many people won't "like" you. You are very different from everyone. You won't be really liked like that. If you're okay with that than everything should be okay. However this story came about the end... the conclusion is you're so different and gifted you won't be liked. Let's talk about it
They wouldn't care because they're still a social outcast.
So why try to "size" him up if he has a clear advantage in terms of physical prowess to an extent?
If the guy was very attractive... would males still not care?
