Do you have nostalgia?

I am from South Korea and I am living here in Canada. I miss living Korea a little. I know Korea is politically corrupt and weather is muggy in the summer and there is a monsoon season when there is rain almost everyday for one month and government is controlling people too tight. that's why I lift but I guess people find the way back at some point. I hear some people on TV returning where they are from even though they hated where they live. I think I can live in a controlled society. I miss my family and friends. Have you felt that way? did you go back to where you came from?

If you feel nostalgia for corruption and muggy weather with the occasional monsoon, then come check out Louisiana, we have mild corruption, not in the millions for our elected officials, just hundreds of thousands, but the muddy weather with the occasional torrential downpour is here.

Every time I've tried moving away I've felt nostalgic and wound up moving back, so I do know where you're coming from. In my case most moves I could make wouldn't have any big shift in my lifestyle, just changes in available jobs or pay by a small amount, which I could achieve with a commute.

I really disliked Alaska and talked so much smack.

I moved to South Korea 2 years ago and miss Alaska and the U. S. I miss the familiarity of the stores I went to, I miss the hobbies I picked up, and I miss the people who surrounded me. It’s completely normal.

I won’t be going back to Alaska, but I’ll be returning to the lower 48
