What's it like for a man to be a young father?

Even though my parents have been married for many years, I can't help it but think about their ages. My mother wasn't the only young parent. This isn't the case of a young woman with a man 10 years her senior. Nope. He was the same age as her too.

I was born 3 days after my father's 19th b-day. He was just a college kid when he got mom pregnant. They adjusted to changes in plan. Both still finished their careers and are professionals but yeah it took a bit longer, was harder and some goals got delayed.

Guys, what's it like to already be a father when you're barely an adult, just a college kid? So young and full of life and already be dealing with a responsiblity?

It's known that many men like to enjoy their youthful years, go to parties, be immature. He never got to do those things when he was young. According to my family member, he had to already work (even did double shifts), save more money and never had time to go out with friends in his early 20's.
I can't help it but wow, he was forced to mature too early. He fathered me at just 18 years old and I was born when he was barely 19. That's a young boy, a kid.
