What do you think of a mom who lets her 16 years old son drink wine with her and laughs at him when he gets drunk?

i don’t think it’s okay to be letting your kid drink at 16 because what will happen when he is 18? do drugs together? drinking wine and laughing is okay when he is of age, and is the laughing AT him when he is being drunk like some sort of weird kink/obsession? I don't know it sounds wrong. A parent should never make the kid think that the parent is a friend before a parent EVER, i think it’s wrong!

That seems abusive. I allowed my teen to have wine with meals but never more than one glass.
