Is it appropriate for siblings over the age of 10 or 11 to cuddle?

I don't know what you consider cuddle. Me and my brother are very close to each other and when we're around each other let's say we're watching a movie on the couch or even in bed we usually hold hands but that's it I don't cuddle with my head on his chest or anything like that.
