What’s the right direction?

So here’s the thing I’m a single mom of two boys. I work a lot but do what I gotta do. My grandfather left me the house instead of my dad. Which we both don’t mind. The thing is my dad tends to bring a lot of girls around and not the type you bring home but the kinda that scream druggie or other stuff. They’ve stolen my clothes before taken money etc. but I’m just fed up at this point. My boys shouldn’t have to worry about anyone coming along and stealing stuff or going crazy and jumping the gate to sneak inside or bringing dogs over. I’m kinda at my limit. My dad is aware of how I feel but continues on. At this point I just wanna sell the house and everything and start over. I don’t know anymore. It’s my childhood home everyone knows everyone on the block and everyone takes care of everyone here because they respected my grandparents a lot. Any advice?

Why doesn't your family move out from their parents? If the house was your grandpas, how come your father lives there? I mean you got three generations in same house that isn't normal. If the house is your you can always get your dad evicted.

That’s basically how my dad has been. Not the best by product of you catch my drift. Is he currently using my car because one of his gfs burned his car down? Yes

I have moved out of my childhood home. But due to my grandparents getting sick and what not it was hard to commute to work home and my grandparents

If the house belongs to you, then tell your father that he cannot bring strange women into your home. Also change the locks so that he has to ask for admittance.

I’ve thought of doing this but he’ll simply sneak them in through his window like a damn teenager

Through his window? Is he impoverished? He has no right to live there.

Or you could just sell the house and get a place without him.

I think it’ll probably be this, where I’d have to start over and have no family. Which is scary…

Dosent stop them from coming back at 3am or when I’m not home.

Threaten them with a restraining order?

I thought of this, but I don’t really know what I can put for it to be a restraining order because they are not harming me. But they are breaking an entry and I can’t just call the cops when ever these women choose to come in. The first couple times I can see it but after awhile I’ll be known as that neighbor

You can always kick them out every time and they will eventually get tired I'm sure
