I feel like my cousin texts pointless messages what should I do?

She’s in her 40s and lives another country and sometimes she texts pointless messages that are hard to respond back… like she’s doing the laundry or food shopping. She will also texts constantly throughout the day making me feel bad if I’m not responding but I’m busy running, work or talking to people in person

Send her some ridiculous ones. When my narcissistic aunt used to bombard me with texts, I used to next the most ridiculous things back, like the moo cows are jumping over the moon tonight, the partridge fell out of the pair tree and is in need of aid, lol. Hey, she might think I was a little crazy, but people who send text messages of their every move, including meals they've eaten, every time they go to the bathroom, and they're at the doctor getting a pap smear, lol, (I think they're crazier!)

If she thinks you're a little out there, she probably won't text as much, so at least you can say it worked!

use the quick symbol option like "like symbol" on a few, then when more come, write "enough i can't stand so many interruptions".
