How do you deal with your aggressive co-worker?

She yelled at me several times in front of my other co-workers and it made me feel embarrassed. I told her she shouldn't down team mood but she apologized but did same thing again and if she does it again I want to say something to embarrass her as she embarrassed me, what should I say?

You stand up for yourself that’s how you deal with it. She’s probably frustrated with something you’re doing and if that’s the case then it’s okay, but there’s a better way to handle that than yelling. She should be pulling you aside, tell you what’s wrong and even help you with it if she were a good leader. It would be very childish to try getting revenge basically because in the real adult world you handle your issues in a more mature way. Use your voice, don’t be a doormat.

I think the best way to deal with this situation is to talk to supervisors or even higher management.
