Question

Someday I want to purchase lands in Georgia and have my own small winery - Marani.

In childhood we always made wine as a family bonding , it’s a tradition of Georgian people and everyone knows how to make wine.

Our wine was great because my grandpa was a master of it. He died without having a son, only having three daughters, 5 granddaughters and 1 grandson (my brother), he always told me he was proud of me, loved me and believed in me.

His last name ceased with him. Before his death, I promised him someday I would let his surname live - with the wine, and that I would make a wine with his surname as the brand name.

That’s something I can imagine doing many years later.
I’d like to manage it remotely while traveling around the world and doing some other things in life.

Currently, I’m cultivating my entrepreneurial skills as a key player in helping a startup grow to 100M/year. We’re just a year old now, but we’ve broken the 2M/year mark already. Though, we need to still grow exponentially faster to reach 100M/year in 3 years, which is what the founder envisions.

During this current venture, I’ll soon be building a business of my own around productivity, self-improvement, and high-performance.

But, once THAT business is built to the 7-figure/year mark, I plan to transition into working exclusively on my own business so I can leverage my income and skills to privately fund my own production company.

That way, I have full creative freedom without external pressure to please investors or equity holders. And, I’ll have the money to higher great attorneys to thoroughly review any contracts presented to me when I collaborate with anyone.

(I’ve heard too many sad stories of creatives getting taken advantage of because they needed the money and signed agreements they shouldn’t have signed, only to have the fine print bite them in the back because they didn’t fully understand the what they technically consented to.)

I want to build a business empire around my creative abilities. Think Hayao Miyazaki, Stan Lee, George Lucas, Walt Disney. I want start a production company of my own and be a part of the next generation of creative entrepreneurs with vivid imaginations.

I want to make my mark on the world through my creative work and influence culture and society in a positive way with my content.

Two things.

1. Buy a catamaran and sail the Pacific Rim. I've thought about doing it a few different ways but I think at least to start what I will be doing is shorter 2-3 month trips, then pulling her out of the water and flying home to keep progressing in my career and education.

2. After that trip, or maybe even in addition to it, depending on if I decide to keep the catamaran or not, I want to start an intentional living community. I lived in one a while ago, and it was fantastic, I just loved being a part of that community and I think it's a goal that a lot of people share.

I want to basically run a sort of collective farm but with other features to it as well. In my vision, we will have a communal multipurpose space that we use to host various classes, events, or other things we offer to the community. Some examples: yoga classes, martial arts, ceramics, painting, or other art, one time workshops like teaching once a year how to make homemade sourdough bread or to ferment your own kombucha, or how to build a solar shower, things like that. My idea is that we would be as self-sustaining as possible, and hopefully create in such abundance that we could also just start giving away goods and services to the outside community as a way of showing that it's possible for people to live in abundance and not hoard resources.

I'd like to publish one of my books one day, or definitely my books series. I've written 4 novels in the series so far. And if I sell any, I'd like to start an LLC publishing company for my books, and donate a percentage to help homeless people, maybe even start a grant program. I mean, writers aren't in it for the money anyway, and I'm not big on material things.

I'd buy a new laptop, some food, and find a home for myself, and I'm good, but if I only had enough money for a laptop and food, I wouldn't worry about the home and still donate money to help homelessness. I was homeless last year, and I almost died, so wouldn't want that to happen to someone else. I can't work right now because my diabetes tires me out, and my sugar is always too high or too low, and every day when I wake up, I don't know how I'm going to be feeling. But if I could, I would still help as many people as possible.

Unfortunately, I lose faith in myself. I love the books I've written, and the characters. I love them to death! It's the best books I've ever written. I just don't have a lot of resources right now. I would also at least like to pay for an editor for my first book, so there's no mistakes, and Amazon, I think you need a checking account to publish, and all I have to my name is this laptop, a few clothes, and a government phone, which I'm using the hotspot for the internet, which is crappy, so it will probably be a long time until I can publish anyway, but one can dream!
