Why was my friend wearing such a low cut shirt?

I had to drop something off at my friends apartment. And me and my partner where going somewhere after so he was with me. She also has a partner, but he was sleeping. So, she was wearing such a low cut shirt I was thinking like "doesn't she feel a breeze?" it was soooo low cut and obvious. These are not pajamas by the way. Normal clothes. I don't know why she did that. And it's not like she's skinny, she's overweight quite a bit. She has been known to try to steal peoples partners in the past so I'm wondering what her objective was here? She never really wears these things normally when we hang out... I don't know.

If you were her, why would you do that? Is there a motive here? My partner didn't bother looking at her, he just wanted to see their dog.

yes she knew that i was coming over and she knew plenty of hours beforehand.
