Why does someone want to hang out with someone they don't like?

If you know you really don't like someone why keep in contact or try to hang out? There a girl who every time I'm around her she starts a fight and yet she wonders why I blocked her? We don't have any fun together. What wrong with her?

I don’t know. Maybe you need to distance yourself from her. When I don’t like someone. I make zero effort to be around tjem unless I have to. I can be civl and respectful as long as they are to me, but I don’t pretend to be their best friend either.
