How to tell a coworker to stop talking to you?

He goes out of his way to talk to me when I’m trying to work and get tasks done. I don’t know how to tell him I can’t talk and need to work without sounding rude 😂 please help !

1) By pretending that you are unable to listen him pretending to be so focused on your work. After a moment pretending like sorry i didn't listen what were you telling.

2) By intrupting his talks with work related stuffs/questions

3) By not giving his talks/request much importance. Like if he asked something, just pretending that you had so heavy work you forgotten or was unable to do.

4) by cutting his talks in middle which looks like natural kind and you go for some work instead.

In short anyway trying to make him feel like his talks aren't so important for you indirectly.
