Am I a jerk for refusing to talk to a coworker?

There's this girl coworker that gets on my nerves. She'd like poke/touch me/get in my personal space and some other coworkers and it annoyed me, also she'd make smart ass jokes kinda mocking me (she was trying to be funny but still). She was persistent on talking to me despite things like totally ignoring her... It seems she got it now but now for like a week she seems sullen and less talkative.. I think this might be because of me, I'm stubborn though so I don't know if I can be nice.

That person is a grown adult and as one, she should know by now that invading someone's private space, disrespecting their boundaries and making fun of them is not okay. You did the right thing -- you should not tolerate such bullshit behavior from anyone. Some users on here may tell you that maybe she likes you and was just trying to gain your attention, but this is not middle school anymore, and the fact that she has cracked jokes mocking you is a clear indicator that she is immature. Maybe she was trying to be funny, maybe not... but do you really want to associate with such a person?

Next time when someone, she or anyone else annoys you or oversteps their bounds, talk to them about it. Some people do not get "hints" and you need to be straightforward with them. You did nothing wrong, and if she continues to harass you, report this matter to the HR. You need not be nice to someone who is not nice to you. Respect goes both ways. You are NTA.

Given the circumstances your not a jerk. But you don't want to ruin your work reputation either by not getting along with people. You should make small talk for that reason
