The driver of my dad has a thing for me and i came to know of it from a few people and he keeps trying to talk to me and all. I don't want to be rude to him or anyway but also explain i can't do anything about it. I did talk and even went on drives with him just so he doesn't feel bad but how to tell him the right way.

It's unfortunate that women fall into situation such as this and the common error is they don't want to be perceived as rude.
Unfortunately the guys doing this kind of thing to women perceive friendliness as an invitation to keep trying.
You need to be a complete fucking asshole to him. And tell him if he ever touches you you'll break his fucking fingers.
