I was bullied in high school and I was told as if I did things I didn't do, I couldn't defend myself, high school is over, I don't want to be a loser anymore, I want to change, what can I do?

I don't even know any context of your situation. I don't know how to answer. People say mean things all the time. You can either stay in your house all day and not do anything or you can ignore. That's life people are going to be assholes. But it's your choice. Go and get shit done or just sit in your house and do nothing the rest of your life to avoid.

My mom always told me that people will believe what they want and say whatever they want. Just because someone says they heard some bad things about you doesn't make it true. Whatever they say is their problem not yours.
