Should child neglect me taken more seriously?

every problem in the world is created by two things. one greed two child neglects. noone can do anything about greed but definitely child neglect can be prevented. and love and attention should be a child's legal right either from parents of foster carer.

It's already taken extremely seriously. The problem isn't how seriously child neglect is taken, the problem is that our system isn't set up to mitigate the damage in a healthy manner.

its not taken seriously. children need food of course and a roof over their head but they need other things like love, stability, friends, and an education. schools in england and france are full of bullies drugs cigarettes and alchohol and they teach chidlren about sexual education. they should leave kids to be kids and not talk to them about that until they are 18. i remember when i learned sex education at 14 i was completely traumatised at the stuff our teacher showed us. it should be the parents that teach that stuff not the teachers.
