I feel resent towards my child?

He has severe ADHD, ODD, autism and a mood disorder. He's not normal and I wish he was. I envy other people with normal kids the same age. I wish he wasn't my kid, I wish this isn't my life.

Understandable because the child is out of control/unmanageable

Understandable a child like this can make you depressed/miserable

It's very normal and as a sister of a non normal and permanently clueless brother! There is resentment even from me. My mom tries but he is to much and will do anything he pleases and does things to upset us.

It's hard and not fair! You do everything right but sometimes people can be just awful to be awful and mean.

Therapy can't fix things! Only time away can!

This kid is going to make you Crazy for sure..

Is there any way you can put him up for care or something? I've seen these kind of children grow , you dont want to be involved in that. Its hard enough with just normal children , I have a nephew like this , its pretty frightening , who knows how it happens.

I've thought about giving him to family. I do believe strangers would abuse him without any doubts.

It's completely normal to feel resentment towards your child at times, but you may need some therapy to get through this.
