Vitamin D was low, yes I need to take supplements. I will buy the others too. Yes, there is a possibility of depression, so I can take vitamins and go to therapy.
Take magnessium + zinc and see the difference on your mood. ur absolutly suffering deficient of some minerals/vitamins. Follow the dr berg videos
