I have trauma from Bullying and now really paranoid everyone hates me or thinks I’m crazy.
I notice slight changes in peoples tone or their facial expressions and instantly think they’re judging me.
Does anyone have any tips on how to stop thinking this way?

I'm sorry you are having to deal with this. My boyfriend was abused when he was a little boy he deals with this everyday unfortunately. What helps my boyfriend is having a good support system of me and his uncle and little brother. His uncle adopted him when he was 13 and took him out of the abuse. He does go to counseling and it helps some. Do you have anyone that's close to you that you can confide in? I think what really helps my boyfriend is just talking it out cause like you said he notices facial cues mostly from women. Once he gets feedback from me or his family he can let it go until someone else looks at him a certain way. He has ptsd. Sometimes he thinks that he doesn't deserve having me as a girlfriend, because he gets so anxious but I told him I would always be there for him. He is a lot of fun to be with just when his ptsd kicks in and honestly I don't mind being there for him he's told me stories about what his mother and older sister did to him when he was a little boy. I wish I could take his pain away. I hope you feel better too 💓 or at least get a handle on it.
Focus on being more positive and only hang out with positive minded people.
