Why do I think everyone hates or dislikes me?

Well first thing I would ask you is why you even think that way

Is it because if you think somebody hates you you then you don't have to deal with them or be around them

And maybe you're inside your own head maybe you're shy and you don't want to communicate with people would you have to understand is that most people don't think that way

The best way to get rid of that is just get rid of it have the confidence in yourself to love yourself because once you love yourself you don't care if somebody likes you or not

And if you judge people stop judging people because it doesn't even matter why would you even judge somebody that you probably really don't even know because that's most judgmental people do just that

So go look at yourself in the mirror be honest with yourself tell yourself that you love you and that you will always be there for you


Tell yourself I don't care what people think of me if they judge me that's on them because they don't know me

And if they do say something negative I want them to tell me because it might be the truth and then I have to look at that and fix it

but first thing you have to do is just believe in yourself love yourself that's the most important if those two things you have everything else will come together you will quit judging people
And you won't look at people for the reasons that you do you will look at a person because of who they truly are and if there's something wrong something that you don't like about them it's nobody's business except for yours because once you open that door judging people it takes away from who you're supposed to be what you're supposed to be doing you get caught up in drama and that's not who you are that's not who you're supposed to be let it all go love yourself like yourself and be happy everything will come together for you

I used to think everyone thought I was crazy and/or just stupid. wasn't till about a year ago I realized after talking with some friends that everyone thinks that.

You're not the center of the universe. very few people think about you after you are no longer around. The people who do think about you after you're no longer in the same location care about you.

See if you can find a partner who thinks about you when you're not there. I think that's a good starting foundation for a relationship that will last forever. But then again, what do I know? lol

Because humans are evil. Makes sense. Psychopathy exist for a reason. I know a ton of people hate me but I dont care. Just appreciate the good once in your life and dont care about what anyone else thinks:)

Because you don't feel like you're getting the love you deserve. I've felt that way too at times. But it wasn't true though. There's always people out there that will love us. We've just gotta stick around until we find them. So we can also show them why they're lovable too.

Well , Id say all comes back to your own internal insecurities , I'm sure they dont all hate you , but you know being a teenager can be tough. I'd say , just focus on yourself , be the best you can , people will be drawn to you.

I don’t know, I just feel like everyone dislikes me and I’m unlikable appearance and personality wise. I distance myself from everyone, because I don’t have the energy to socialize with them. I’m such a loner. I just want to disappear 🫠

I don't think people hate and dislike you, you just seem somewhat anti social and you are probably just not noticed, there's nothing wrong with being a loner but answer me this, do you want to be alone or do you want to socialize with people and have company?

I'm sorry that you think this. Without knowing you, nobody here can really help. Ask your parents to go see a therapist. They can better help you understand why you feel that way.

For one you can't make everyone like you ever. That said, a therapist can help uncover the root of why it is you feel this way and help you. Good luck.
