Why does everyone hate me?

I feel like everyone hates me for some reason and I don't know what I'm doing wrong :( . Like nobody wants to hangout with me unless I ask them first but I don't get it because when we hangout we seem to have a decent time. (Both girls and guys). Like today for example this guy wanted to hangout and we did but then after 30 min of chilling and we did have a decent time we just takes and stuff but after 30 min he's like I need to go early because I have an eye appointment so he left and I left. But I feel like that was an excuse. I even messaged him after but he hasn't read it and probably will ignore me just like every other guy. But what I don't get is what am I doing wrong? Because every guy I meet online is always like this. We talk online they say they like me we meet in person, they seem to make an excuse and leave early and then they just ignore me, that makes me feel like shit :( what am I doing wrong!!! Necaise even with friends we never hangout unless I ask them first. Even random strangers on the road probably hate me in fact you probably do too. I just feel really sad, down, depressed and that there's something wrong with me because of it :(

Let's start like that:
I don't hate you, It sounds rude but I didn't care about you before that question. People do not hate people if they haven't done bad things to them, just they do not care about them. Probably it is not relief for you thus I will tell you my secret: If I had to choose between loved by every one and hated by everyone, I'd choose the latter one. Cause if someone hates you It means you do something good. If everyone loves you then it is problem. Puppies are loved by everyone but people are not supposed to be loved by everyone.
Believe me you do not do wrong things apart one thing: You think that you do something wrong.
That's why you feel uncomfortable with people and thus they also feel uncomfortable. Be free, do not think that you are bad or no one likes you. Enjoy your life and be confident, YOU DO NOT DO MORE WRONG THINGS THAN ME AND THAT GUY YOU HANGED OUT WITH.
That's written in capital words so you should remember it.
When you look at people you think that they hate you, but think that they would be good friends with you, or they'd like many traits in you.
Take yourself and love yourself as you are because you are good.
Don't be too jealous. That guy asked to hangout because he was interested in you, probably he really had other things to do or maybe he felt that uncomfortable energy from you.
Love yourself and others will love you too.
Meet people with smile and confidence Madame and be sure that there are people who love you, cause life is beautiful and so are you.

Aw :( you aren't alone.. And I am sure you are a lovely person. I've been experiencing this too, in some way. It really gets to you after awhile... I was actually just in an hour long drive listening to music and crying and partially screaming because I'm so sick of it. It's like we have affection to give and we can't give it to anyone. It's nice to not always be alone and yet it's all I ever am.
I dk what to tell you because I'm not doing anything wrong that I'm noticing... Unless there is. It doesn't sound like you're giving them any reason to treat you that way; they just sound like jerks. Meeting people online sucks. I havr concluded that much.

Its perfectly normal for you to feel this way (at least 3 of my friends have gone through this, and me as well) true friends are a must have, you must have someone to speak with about your problems who won't judge you, preferably a good guy as a best friend because he will treat you like a brother if he is a good guy and they MAY not want to get in a relationship with you so they will be there for you and will help you with everything. After all, we were not meant to see through one another. we were meant to see one another through.
