I’m embarrassed bc I didn’t have good hygiene and found out that my stepmoms family were talking about me?

I do feel embarrassed about it. I would hear inside jokes or they would laugh. I know my step brothers wife didn’t like me for reasons I’ll never know. I always considered her a big sister and loved watching her kids whom I considered niece/nephew

but I do struggle a lot with depression and sometimes my hygiene prob wasn’t the best.. but I’m embarrassed
