Why didn't the cops show up?

I made a noise orderance at 4am this morning. My neighbors TV has been blasting loud all week all day and throughout the night. The dispatcher said someone will be out there but no one showed and the neighbors TV is still blasting

Because just seem an annoyance that will fade away... just put a water hose through their window and wash their tv/burn it out, and then you'll see them coming, nice and fast... For you! 🤷‍♂️🤣
Is just that Police is not Police anymore! 🤷‍♂️
They got used to get the "bigger things" which brings them Bonuses/bigger payouts.🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️

It's low on the pecking order of calls. Could be that cops have just been tied up with more pressing calls. You could go over and shoot your neighbor. Than call the police and tell them you want to report a murder instead. That should get the call moved up in priority. 🙃🤣
