Could be so many reasons in general and not really sure who forms part of your family. Is it the real blood relations or others?
But speaking in general sense, people outside don't know you as much as your family does.
Maybe you did some thing or things which didn't sit well with your family and they dwelled over it.
Maybe there's not much attachment and bonding between you and your family.
Maybe they're the opposite of 'kind and accepting' people.
Could be anything.

it seems like your family has no values and in general aren't close, lack empathy, have their own lives, jealousy, stuff like that

It's because you have a history with your family that you don't with others. You haven't developed any bagage with them yet.
