My mom has a friend who has a promiscuous dad. Two days after my sister turned 18 he started sending her messages and invited her to her house and seduced her. She was sometimes going out and didn't tell us where, but I sneaked to her room whens he was taking a bath and saw messages between them on her laptop.

I told my mom and she got angry and her that he is just using her and that he is way too old for her. She seemed to feel a bit bad. My mom told her friend what her dad's been up to and and her daughter said its their business since she's old enough to know what he's doing.

The sister having sex has no fucking clue at 18 and is probably being manipulated. The sister is doing her a favour even if it isn't appreciated. Getting the sister-having-sex's friend involved about her dad is a low blow unless the sister isn't wising up. You don't fuck your friend's parent. Ever. It's a betrayal of friendship.

Ultimately, her mistakes will be hers to make and you want the best for your child because you don't want them to get hurt, be exploited or used.

The big difference in age is creepy. The old man is at a different place in his life than an 18 year old girl. He has his work, and kids. Your sister is probably still in high school. They share virtually no common experiences. Well, except their time in bed together.
