Yes, I’m definitely protective. Not irrationally so, but if it goes down, my reaction will be automatic. I have a female cousin in college now, and I’m always telling her I’m going to stake out her campus and beat up guys who try to talk to her. Lmfao, thank god I don’t have daughters, I’d be a nightmare as a dad😝

O yeah, my husband for sure. If i can, i'll kill anyone who dares threatens his life. Family included. Especially my niece since I've known since she was a baby. Just visited her a week ago and no doubt in my mind, I'd kill a bastard who dare hurts that sweet girl.

I am very protective of my family and friends. If you are a female and my friend, I will look out for you to make sure you are not taken advantage. I have had female friends who have been raped, and others who were made drunk in order for a man to take advantage. The woman who was raped did not want me to find the guy; she did not wish for me to get into trouble by beating him to a pulp!! I wanted to tear his balls off and feed them to him. Another friend was told to go to the club, and get under a guy because she was depressed. Another guy friend in common saw her, and stopped that before she ruined herself. I talked to her extensively afterward to help her through her depression.

Famlly never. But I would take a bullet for some friends of mine and protect them with my life. I believe some of them would do the same for me. Even though the term "protective" has for me a very bad taste thanks to a toxic person who was "protective" of a friend of ours, and she was the type of (psycho) person who would stalk you and kill you when you said something negative about that friend. She also was deeply into Tarrot and other "magic" stuff. In the end they had a falling out because she was so "protective" and clingy that she was very hostile against his other friends and was jalous when he went out with us. So I rather call it "being there for your friends" instead of "protective"

Yes, if they need or allow it. I think the best way to protect someone is to empower them on how to protect themselves. Sharing important knowledge is key to this. Can't be around someone 24/7.
