What good qualities do fathers and mothers look for in the partner their son or daughter choose to bring home for a serious relationship?

First of all being a father. if you're living in my house you won't have a relationship under my roof while you're my daughter and if you are , you better not let me know about it or wait until you're not living with your parents. You won't have to worry about much of anything you are asking g@g.

I don’t have a mother in law or father in law and really don’t give a shit about their expectations. I am not on an extreme of anything, therefore it should not matter, judging others and having expectations where you are not that involved is wrong. As long as there is nothing blatantly wrong, then that should be enough. The stuff you would care about you do not know , will they abuse my son / daughter.
