I couldn't leave my toxic environment?

I live in a toxic environment that harms me, the place I live in is small, I have experienced bad things, I do not have the opportunity to leave now, can I heal from my traumas while in a toxic environment, or do I have to leave here to heal?

it's extremely hard to heal from trauma when you are actively in the trauma environment. you can try, but it'll be extremely difficult and will make little progress

You have to leave whatever environment is causing the trauma, if there's a spot in your place where you feel free from it, then go there
