Thoughts on this if you're a parent with kids?

Was in the mall today and as I was heading to the men's restroom saw some guy in his mid 30s about 35 years old touch a 4 year old little girl in the foodcourt while she was sitting down with her two older sisters. The guy in his mid 30s had a dark beard dark hair about 6ft 200lbs wearing a light green heavy winter coat. The little girl who was about 4 years old was wearing a white sweatshirt. The guy brushed and moved his hand across the 4 year old little girl's shoulder and back while she was sitting there with her two older sisters. The little girl turned to look at the guy and ask who was that in a semi loud audible voice with a weird look on her face and her two older sisters gave the same weird look on their faces as if none of them knew the guy. After I came out of the restroom I confronted the guy why he was touching a 4 year old girl, and he says to me who the fuck are you then after I ask him again why he was touching a 4 year old the bigger older guy who he worked for in the little convience store shop in the food court wanted to know too and he told him and me he knew her mother. Then I told security and security the big fat old guy who was mid 60s bald some fat overweight slob brushed it off saying he knew her mother and next time ask questions. I go to the mall management and the mid 50 year old brunette brushed it off saying to file a report to security. I told her check the surveillance footage multiple times but it was like talking to a brick wall with her too. Then I had someone else call to make a complaint and the old fat slob security guy changed the story saying that was the boss's daughter and the other guy touched the back of her chair which wasn't true at all he touched her shoulder and back stroking brushing it with his fingers. First the guy claims he knew her mother then the big fat old security slob says it was the boss's daughter and covers for him saying it was the back of the chair when he actually brushed his fingers and hand across

And mind you the guy was about 6'0 200lbs I'm 5'8 170.5lbs It took every ounce of will power and self restraint today not to pull my brass knuckles out and beat that guy's ass right then and there after he touched that 4 year old little girl. Only reason I didn't was because there were security cameras in that foodcourt
