She said in the early 2010s or before that she wishes I never existed because of my bad asthma when I was a kid and that is the reason why we never had a dog. I can tell she still feels the same cause she has always been mean.

Woah, dude that's seriously messed up of your sister to say! I can't believe she would wish you never existed just because of your asthma. That's so cruel.
It sounds like she has some real issues she needs to work out. I mean asthma isn't even your fault, it's not like you chose to have it. You were just a kid! And it's in the past now too.
I'd try not to let her comments get to you, man. It says way more about her problems than you. You don't deserve to be treated like that. Maybe try talking to your parents and see if they can get her to knock it off.
Other than that, just do your best to avoid her when she's being mean. Spend time with friends who appreciate you instead. Don't give her the power to bring you down, you know? You've done nothing wrong.
Asthma or not, I'd be stoked to have you as my bro. Don't forget that - you seem like a good dude to me!
That sounds very immature of her to hold a grudge against you for something you can't help. Is that the only reason? I hope she grows up a bit either way.
