Its 2024, how many weeks of parental leave do you get both as a women and man (please state weeks and country)?

Parents in Sweden are entitled to 480 days of paid parental leave when a child is born or adopted. Each parent – should they be two – is entitled to 240 of those days. Since 2016 each parent has 90 days reserved exclusively for him/her. Should he/she decide not to take these, they can’t be transferred to the other parent.

You can take all 480 days in one go or divided as you wish until your child turns 8 years old. For any additional child you get another 480 days.

In the UK you can take a years leave
It breaks down as

• 90% of your average weekly earnings (before tax) for the first 6 weeks
• £172.48 or 90% of your average weekly earnings (whichever is lower) for the next 33 weeks

After that how much if anything depends on company policy, they don't have to pay but they can't sack you either. 50% pay is common in skilled jobs where they want to retain you.

Up to 52 weeks in the UK for the mum and 2 weeks for the dad. I believe they are trying to increase both!
