Anyone else having the older generation nag about money whilst themselves spending a lot?

Like, they can't even properly estimate how much they spend for others of they "regret it", whilst when they spend money for themselves, sometimes the answer is just "I want things for myself as well"...

oh yeahhh big time. i find that older people are extremely dumb with their money. which is why they are most likely to get scammed.

I don't judge the younger generation. They can spend their money how they see fit, just as long as they don't come to me for a handout when they blow the lot!
