Why do people not like you for establishing boundaries?

My spouse, and our family understands. I have gave out too much respect and got disrespected in return. I’m tired of people trying to control every avenue because they not getting their way. People think they can treat you any kind of way these days

Because it limits them and their control over you.

For example if you have full access to use something and take it's advantage whenever you want and other side you do have something, for using that you have a limitation you need to follow a rule then ofcourse you would go for free access thing.

But actually you need not to bother about what other things. You are living this life for yourself first then for somebody else.
