I'm a 19 year old Asian girl and my parents don't let me go alone anywhere , even not my college , they drop me to my college , and take me back , and same happened upto all of my school life , they always do check my phone everynight , actually my parents don't have a job or business outside the home , whole time they live inside the four walls themselves, they are highly strict , manipulative , and narcissistic , even I'm 19th and my mother still chooses my wears too?

Do you think that this is a way to live which it’s not. This is not healthy staying in lockdown for 24 seven ordering groceries on Instacart that’s not the way to live life

It's terrible. It hurts me to imagine what you feel. You try to become financially independent, and then seriously talk to your parents that you want to be independent and not dependent. I really wish you luck!!!
