Well first of all I believe in myself I believe in a higher power I believe in energy and I believe everything happens for a reason so I tried to figure that out and I just work it out that way.. . And even though I do talk to myself more than I talk to others even though I have many friends that I could talk to but I would rather talk it through with myself.. . No matter what we're going through in life it's a growing experience there's change and we are challenging ourselves somehow. So I do talk to myself quite often LOL that's just because I do believe in myself. . And to be honest with you there's always somebody to talk to if you ever needed to talk all you have to do is send me a message and I would answer you would be surprised on how many people you could go to on here and just ask a question.

I've dealt with that circumstance for a large portion of my life. I guess I handle being alone better than most people. To the point where COVID didn't affect me at all. I just live in my own thoughts and do my own thing. Game, workout, go for nature walks alone, etc.

When being alone happens, it's because I actually wanted that.  There are so many productive things I can do when I'm avoiding people.  I wish I can do that more often.

Listen to music in my car and sing to myself on a night drive, journaling, listen to pod casts, go to my favorite lake park to relax / do art / read / walk, and more.

Surprisingly that’s a majority of men. We just push through it. Most men realize no one is coming to save me, I have to save myself. So you get back up, do a lot of things you don’t want to do to get back on track. Some of us may go hiking, take a drive, maybe something combative. In general society, especially women don’t care about a man’s feelings. Most men never get compliments. It’s very lonely at times being a man but you manage to get through it.

If you have no one to talk to you can always talk to yourself or your imaginary friends & if your imaginary friends are giving you the silent treatment find your happy place & go to it or go connect with nature. What’s on your mind?
