Most judges always side with the mother in every case which absolutely ridiculous. I've seen some bad moms in my time. But yet no matter how terrible she is the judges will not side with you or give you any rights anymore because our family system is fucked up. Just like men have no say in abortions.

Yes- although not as much as someone who actually has any, I've seen what going through family court does to men. It's yet another aspect of our society that's in desperate need of reform, and probably a contributing factor to many men withdrawing from society at large.

My brother is going through family court right now, and it's insane. His ex is with a guy (who she and the kids live with) who had his own kids taken away for child abuse and has two open sexual assault cases, and the court is still siding with her. The kids want to live with my brother, but she gets free money for having custody over them so she won't let them go. It's sick. She gets to keep, neglect, and abuse those kids just on the merit of being a woman.

The time to feel bad is before the guy gets her pregnant. Most women don't become bad people overnight..
