It’s just “mom” and “dad” when speaking of those who raised us. I sometimes refer to her biological father as “your father”, but i think she usually says “biological”. She never knew him.
The one that trips me up is talking to her kids about her or our mother. “Your mom” vs “my sister”. “My mom” vs “your grandmother”. Sometimes i have to closely examine the context before i know which one to use, but i’m always concerned i’m not conveying the message accurately. The neuroses of a word nerd. Ell oh ell!

Never used the phrase "our mom/dad" because in the context of a talk it's always obvious who we're talking about so "mom/dad" is all that is said. Also nobody would ever say, "your mom/dad". When it comes to your own kids or young relatives it's different. If a relative does something unwanted then as a joke you say, "your daughter" or "your nephew" to indicate some distance between the kid & yourself.

It depends on the context of what you say. For example (when speaking to your sibling):

"It's not right for you to say things like that about your mom and dad."

"Our mom and dad have always been there for us when we need them."

I don’t include we or our, as when talking to my sister or brother it’s fairly obvious when I say mum or dad it’s means our parents.

You only need to specify when it's not about your own.

Neither. You just say mom or dad. Dad said this. Mom did that
